Main Purpose:

Key Relationships and Department Overview:

• Tracking reports

• Open MTC and QTE on NVT

• Open files on NVT

• MTC system reviews

• Filing/ISO

• Invoicing requests

• Info sheets MTC

• Raise SP’s/PO’s to vendors

• POD management, control, filing

• Debtor accounts control

• Cross border logistic knowledge

• Knowledge of P&L, quotes, debtors and creditors, estimates, budget vs actualsKnowledge Skills and Abilities, Key Responsibilities:

• Costs and Services P&L – Reviews

• Receive loading information from logistics assistance

• Receive buy rates from vendors and sales rates for customer’s update system

• Push and receive POD from Hauliers after offloading

• Raise SP/PO’s via system and forward by email to vendor

• Sending invoicing requests

• Open MTC/QTE once handover from commercial received - check eta with operators

• Send MTC/QTE for approval

• MTC info sheets send to finance

• MTC review weekly

• Request to Invoice sheet when POD received - operator to verify

• North bound tracking update

• POD's management originals and scanned to sort - PO team

• Able to manage projects from start to completion

• Accounts receivable monitor

• Manage and sort Client queries and promptly solving/feedback

• Daily tracking before 10am

• Pre alerts sent to clients

• POD management

• Build and maintain Client and Vendor relationships

• Client liaison on time and in professional manner

• Professionalism towards all clients, colleagues, vendors, stakeholders

• Accurate data entry

• Execute projects being handled

• Follow up on operation daily to ensure efficiency

• Follow and work towards company goal and KPI's

• KPI's to meet on operational level

• Active and proactive approach to duties

• Work on company system Navitrans

• SOP's draw up if needed

• All POD's, filing, documents and projects in order and up to ISO standards

• Invoicing, PO's issued and being processed on time

• Weekly reporting

• Monthly reporting

• Efficient reporting to line supervisor/manager

• Support on daily operations

• Be able to take on new roles based on company requirements

• Great skill on excel, PowerPoint, outlook and word

• Save all project folders on system drive
