Position Overview / Purpose

A Call Centre Agent is responsible for inbound and outbound calls. Agents are responsible for making outbound calls to solicit sales of the company product. Respond to incoming calls from the customers. To answer questions and inquiries, troubleshoot problems, provide information and handle complaints regarding the organization’s products or services.
